Bob is as close to a native Floridian as they get, having moved to the state when he was 4 years old.

Spending much of his time in the Orlando area, Bob’s first career was an electronics technician, developing that position with several associates into a startup repair and service company that eventually became international in scope over the past 20 years.

With a keen interest in investing, Bob saw the potential for the Cape Coral area several years back. Acquiring his real estate license gave him the opportunity to become further involved in the area. With a solid career behind him and with the support of his wife Beth and their four children, Bob took the opportunity to relocate on a permanent basis to the Cape area and has focused his time and efforts working with people seeking investment properties or to help others find that special piece of property for the home of their dreams.

Growing up in the Orlando area, Bob saw the influx of people into the sunshine state over the past 35 years and can guess what lies ahead. With the fantastic array of nearby beaches and waterways, the Lee county and adjacent areas will continue to draw people from all over the country and now with his family situated alongside, Bob intends to continue to expand his services, helping others find their new home or investment in Lee county.

In Bob's continuing drive to be the best he can be, he has successfully completed his brokers course and received his brokers license in July, 2004.
