Moving to southwest Florida has been a dream of Marco’s for the last 20 years, and Cape Coral is the perfect place to be.

He was introduced to Cape Coral by his parents who invested in the area back in 1965 when Cape Coral was in its “infant stages”. With his wife Ellen, and two children, Jessica and Marco, the family frequently vacationed in the area and fell in love with the weather and lifestyle the sunny southwest had to offer. His dream was realized when he and Ellen recently moved to Cape Coral.

Born and raised on the banks of Lake Michigan, Marco was a life-long resident of Michigan. He has a Master’s degree in Toxicology which served him well in answering citizen’s indoor air complaints for the State of Michigan on radon, formaldehyde, mold infestations, and other household complaints.

In addition to dealing with homeowners on a personal basis, Marco and Ellen have bought and sold vacant land, owned and managed a vacation condo, rental properties and have renovated and remodeled many houses. Owning and managing these properties was so much fun, becoming a real estate professional seemed like the obvious choice for him.
